Appointment Scheduling
Superior Wellness massage therapy is scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime at superiorpittsburgh@gmail.com or by phone or text 412-328-3717 to discuss your needs with a licensed practitioner and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card or any major credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, we are able to provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

Insurance

We are unable to accept insurance at this time.  We are happy to provide you with a receipt to be presented to your insurance company for reimbursement.

First Appointments

Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist. Contact our office for more information.

Illness and Health Concerns

Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
